We want you to feel confident about prioritizing your sleep and wellness with LipLocked. If something isn’t working for you, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through LipLocked
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. After that window, we’re unable to offer a refund. - To qualify, products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened pouches beyond your first 30-day supply are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, send an email to support@liplocked.shop with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return

A short explanation of why you're returning
Our team will walk you through the next steps and provide a return authorization if needed. Be sure to pack items securely to avoid damage during shipping.
Refund & Exchange Options
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Items That Can’t Be Returned
- Any opened pouches beyond your first try
- Gift cards, promo codes, or discount vouchers

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at support@liplocked.shop.
We may ask for photos or additional info to help resolve the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
Return Shipping Info
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake or a product defect.
- We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
